General Terms and Conditions - Riad Celema & Spa
1. Reservations and Payment
• For a 2-night stay, payment is accepted in cash only.
• Payment for additional services (hammam, massage, excursions, dining, etc.) must also be made exclusively in cash.
• The credit card provided on our website serves only as a guarantee. The total reservation amount must be paid on-site.
2. Tourist Tax
• In accordance with regulations, the tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night and is not included in the room rate.
3. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: no later than 12:00 PM.
• Late check-out after 12:00 PM: additional fees may apply.
4. Shuttle Service and Riad Access
• Airport - Riad shuttle: €20.
• Arrival/Departure between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €30.
• Important: If you choose to take a non-partner taxi to reach the Riad, we will be unable to pick you up and assume no responsibility.
• Riad Access: accessible only on foot.
5. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 0% of the total amount due.
• Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount due.
• Cancellation between 14 and 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount due.
• Cancellation between 3 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount due.
6. House Rules
• Any damage or failure to comply with the Riad's rules may result in additional charges.
• Guests are kindly asked to respect the peacefulness of the premises for the well-being of all.
